CallShift legal
Terms & Conditions
Effective and last updated: September 10, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the CallShift website, demonstration line, and CallShift SMS messaging program. By using these services, you agree to these terms. Paid CallShift services are governed by a separate written service agreement.
1. Website information
The website provides general information about CallShift and its Digital Twin services. Website content does not create a customer relationship, service commitment, price quote, warranty, or professional advice. A client engagement begins only through a separate agreement and approved configuration process.
2. Demonstration line
The CallShift telephone number may provide an AI-assisted demonstration. The demonstration is not an emergency line, medical service, clinical-triage service, legal service, or substitute for 911. Do not provide patient information, medical details, payment information, passwords, or other sensitive information during a demonstration.
3. SMS Terms & Conditions
Program name: CallShift SMS.
Program description: When you opt in, CallShift may send non-marketing text messages related to your inquiry or relationship with us. These may include responses to inquiries, missed-call follow-up, conversational customer care, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, service updates, and support messages. If you separately opt in to marketing and promotional messages, CallShift may also send offers, product or service updates, and other promotional content.
How you opt in
You may opt in by checking an optional, clearly labeled SMS consent box on a CallShift form, by texting CallShift, or by otherwise expressly requesting text messages from CallShift. Informational and marketing consent choices may be presented separately. Consent is specific to CallShift and to the message types described at the time of opt-in.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your interactions, requests, appointments, and selected preferences. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. CallShift does not charge a separate fee merely to receive its SMS messages.
Opt out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a CallShift message. You may also use another supported standard keyword, such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After you opt out, CallShift may send one final message confirming that the request has been processed. No further messages will be sent unless you later provide new consent.

Consent and privacy
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. CallShift does not sell, rent, or transfer SMS consent. Information is handled as described in the CallShift Privacy Policy.
Delivery and carriers
Text messaging may not be available through every carrier or device. CallShift and wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and messaging availability may change without notice.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the website, demonstration line, or messaging program unlawfully, fraudulently, or abusively.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
- Do not submit malicious code, infringing content, or information you are not authorized to provide.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, your consent, or your authority to act for another person or business.
5. Intellectual property
The CallShift name, branding, website content, and original materials are owned by CallShift or used with permission. You may review them for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, publish, sell, license, or commercialize them without permission except as allowed by law.
6. Third-party services
CallShift may use or link to third-party hosting, scheduling, CRM, communications, analytics, and other services. Their availability and separate terms are controlled by their providers. A link or integration does not make CallShift responsible for an unaffiliated third party's services or content.
7. No guarantee of availability or results
The website, demonstration line, and SMS program are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, CallShift disclaims implied warranties regarding these informational and demonstration services. CallShift does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, message delivery, search rankings, lead volume, revenue, or any specific business outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CallShift will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the informational website, demonstration line, or SMS program. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms as our services, practices, or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the current version. We may suspend access to the website, demonstration, or messaging program when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, or legal compliance.
