1. Scope

This policy applies to information CallShift collects for its own website, sales, support, demonstrations, and communications. When CallShift provides a configured Digital Twin or communications workflow for a client, that client determines the purpose and approved use of information collected on its behalf. The client's own privacy notice and service agreement may also apply.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact and business information: your name, business name, email address, telephone number, job title, and industry.
  • Inquiry and communication information: messages, form responses, call or text content, booking requests, support requests, and other information you choose to provide.
  • Communication records: the date, time, sender or recipient number, delivery status, opt-in or opt-out status, and related call or messaging metadata.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, and basic website analytics or security data.
  • Service information: business rules, FAQs, calendars, CRM records, workflow instructions, and other information a client authorizes CallShift to process in providing services.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, patient information, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through the general website contact form or demonstration line.

3. How we collect information

We collect information directly from you when you submit a form, call, text, email, book a meeting, or otherwise communicate with us. We may also receive information from a CallShift client when we process communications on that client's behalf. Limited technical information may be collected automatically through hosting, security, analytics, and similar technologies.

4. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested information.
  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, or follow up about meetings and demonstrations.
  • Provide customer care, service notices, and requested SMS conversations.
  • Configure, operate, secure, support, and improve CallShift services.
  • Maintain consent, suppression, communication, and business records.
  • Detect misuse, protect systems, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
  • Send marketing communications only when the required consent has been provided.

5. SMS and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. After an opt-out request, we may send one final message confirming the opt-out. For complete program terms, see our SMS Terms & Conditions.

6. When we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us host and secure the website, manage customer relationships, deliver communications, process analytics, schedule meetings, and operate approved workflows. These providers may use information only to perform services for CallShift and are expected to protect it appropriately.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud or abuse, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of all or part of the business. We do not sell personal information.

7. Cookies and analytics

CallShift and its service providers may use cookies and similar technologies required to operate, secure, and measure the website. Browser settings may allow you to limit cookies, although some website features may not function as intended.

8. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining consent and opt-out records, resolving disputes, securing systems, and meeting legal or business-record obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you provided, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message and may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right available under applicable law.
